My self defense seminars are based on reality and not a lesson on "how to", which is forgotten after you leave the class. I use the old adage "KISS" (keep it simple stupid) and common sense.
Some of the topics are:
Why Martial Art School don't make sense.
Why Self Defense Seminars Don't Work.
Realistic Training, What Really Works.
Pepper Spray, Guns, and Knives for Self Defense.
Muscle Memory.
Confidence and Beating a Bully.

Lectures on martial arts span from my knowledge of 30 years of studying various martial arts and language, travels to different martial art schools, in different cities, states and countries, as well as from reading over 300 books on martial arts and physical fitness and also from numerous seminars with historical martial artists of different systems and styles. I have also took specialized college courses in Psychology, and Fitness.

Demonstrations vary in styles so you get a taste of different martial arts from around the world.
