SELF DEFENSE
EXERCISE WITH A PURPOSE!

This is a program for the adult who wants to get a great workout while learning self defense, it combines the fighting arts from around the world, taking drills and techniques from each style to form the best system for street self defense.

Styles such as Kenpo, Ju-Jitsu, Taekwondo, Boxing, and Karate and are utilized. Learn defense against punches, grabs and even self defense against weapons like knives, clubs and guns.
Traditional martial arts are also taught, focusing on forms (kata) to build focus, concentration and precision.

Unlike many systems that emphasize one particular style (Karate, Taekwondo, Jujitsu, etc.), we teach a style that fits each students strengths.
A 50 year old student may not be able to do what a 16 year old student can do, however, he or she can and will learn to reach the level of Black Belt. 

DYNAMIC FIST LAW - Is the system of martial arts that you learn that you get ranked in (White Belt to Black Belt). This includes having to learn and memorize forms (kata). It's a street defense system that also includes learning traditional martial arts.

We also teach a course:

KMA ON GUARD - It’s the same system except learning and memorizing forms are not required. You are not tested or ranked in this system. It is a system that focuses on street defense and fitness.
