If your looking for a low impact workout that works the whole body you will enjoy the Tai Chi Program, with the emphasis on flexibility, balance and internal strength building. Tai Chi is a well known exercise to relieve stress in a relaxing workout.
Beginner students learn the "24 Step" short form.

While John focuses his teaching of Tai Chi with discipline and seriousness he also makes the class fun and enjoyable to come to. Sifu (teacher) John has been teaching Tai Chi for over 25 years and is certified by one of the most renowned Tai Chi masters in the world.

No uniform is required for classes. Wear any loose clothing or gym clothes.
