Tai Chi Program – Strength, Balance, and Inner Peace
If you're looking for a low-impact, full-body workout, our Tai Chi Program offers the perfect balance of movement and mindfulness. With a focus on flexibility, balance, and internal strength, Tai Chi is widely recognized for its ability to reduce stress through slow, flowing, and meditative movements.
Beginner students start with the foundational "24-Movement" Short Form from the Yang Style, learning proper posture, breathing, and movement techniques. For those who wish to continue their journey, advanced students can explore more in-depth training, including the Combined Tai Chi 67-Movement Long Form, Tai Chi Sword, and additional traditional forms.
While Sifu (Teacher) John Keefe brings a sense of discipline and tradition to every class, he also creates a welcoming, fun, and supportive environment for students of all levels. With over 25 years of experience and certification from one of the world’s most respected Tai Chi masters, John offers expert guidance to help students grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
No uniform is required for classes. Wear any loose clothing or gym clothes.
